There are 9 core immersions of Navel Consciousness, done one each month across the year.
Each immersion lasts 3 days, with sessions of 3–4 hours daily.

Only a maximum of 9 participants are admitted per cohort, making each immersion deeply personal and closely held. Due to the intimate nature of this work, a waitlist is common, and advance booking with full payment is required.

Once your payment is confirmed, UG’s onboarding team will personally guide you through every step. You’ll be assigned a dedicated welcome liaison—someone who will not only handle your logistical needs and questions, but also gently support your inner readiness.

Whether you’re feeling excited, uncertain, or vulnerable, your welcome person is here to hold space for your journey—before, during, and for six months after each immersion.

You may also choose to book a private one-to-one immersion with UG. Please note that in such cases, the investment is significantly higher, reflecting the exclusivity, and personal attention involved.

Each immersion is mostly conducted in UG's invitation-only private studio in Goa, India. 

During her travels however, it's conducted in select high energy places somewhere in the world.

Yes, but you can participate online only under one condition:

You must check into a wellness resort or a dedicated retreat space, where you’re completely alone—free from family, work, or social distractions. These immersions require your full presence. Phones must remain off during the sessions and can only be used after the workshop hours, in case of emergencies.

Yes. UG has not trained anyone to represent her or facilitate on her behalf.
Each immersion is led personally by her.
If you’re attending in person, you’ll be in her direct presence—which is part of what makes the experience truly special.

Yes. This immersion is designed for individuals aged 30 to 65 who are financially stable, emotionally mature, and sincerely seeking inner alignment. This is not a space for those just beginning their healing journey.

It’s for those ready to go deeper with clarity, commitment, and grace. You’ve done the groundwork. 

This means:

• You are aware of your emotional triggers and take responsibility for them.
• You're emotionally stable and spiritually curious.
• You engage respectfully with the teacher and fellow participants—online or in person.
• You honour boundaries and do not comment on others’ religious, social, cultural, or political views.
• You deeply respect the sacredness of indigenous work and the space it’s offered in.
• You respect both ancient truths and modern research.
• You hold space for others even when you don't agree with them.

yes, as far as you understand that it is a deeply experiential immersion. There is no walking on coal, no gimmicks, and no spiritual theatrics done here.

The focus is on reconnecting you with your unbounded self and entering into true conversation with the universe.

The work is immersive, intimate, and guided in real-time by UG as per indigenous style. There is little to no written literature, because the wisdom is transmitted, not downloaded. It must be lived to be known.

⚠️ UG discourages healers, therapists, coaches, or facilitators from attending solely to collect material for their own offerings. They won't find any as this space is not about gathering content, it is about direct personal transformation. She also discourages participants who only like to hop from workshop to workshop without integrating.

The tuition fee for each immersion is ₹2,25,000 (€2500).

This does not include stay or meals. You’re free to arrange accommodation that suits you, or UG’s team can share a list of nearby recommended resorts and wellness stays.

There are no food restrictions. You are free to eat as per your body’s needs, including meat if that suits you.

However, to maintain the energetic clarity, please refrain from consuming any consciousness-altering substances during the immersion. This includes alcohol, recreational drugs, or anything that disrupts your inner presence.

If found on substance, you will be disbarred from the immersion. 

The immersion will be recorded only for official and archival purposes. Participants will not receive any recordings, and personal recording of any kind is not permitted.

However, you are welcome to take photographs with UG or of your own participation during non-session times, and may share them if that feels aligned for you.

The depth of this work is meant to be experienced fully in the moment, not revisited later through a screen.

No. Once registered or attended, immersions are non-refundable, as each one requires deep preparation and energetic presence from UG and her team.

If you are unable to attend due to an emergency, you may join the next immersion of the same topic when it returns in rotation, or opt for the next available immersion.

Each immersion is a unique initiation with distinct teachings.

In rare cases, if UG feels the space is not aligned for you, she may respectfully request that you refrain from future registrations—to protect the depth and integrity of the work.
